One of the major causes for interruption in service is freak weather conditions, for example Storm Doris in 2017 which has caused major disruptions to roads, broadband connections, business and rail networks.

Below we have summarised the customer service to report a faul or disruption in Broadband or internet service in the UK, so that you can call them quickly and with minimal interruption to your game playing enjoyment.
 

BT
BT Landline – to report a disruption in service to BT you can phone on 151 for from a BT landline phone.
Non BT Phoneline – You can call BT for free from a non BT Landline on 0800 800 151
Mobile – Report a problem on 800 800 151, be aware though that there may be charge set by your provider.
 

EE
EE Landline – Customers with an EE landline telephone connection can dial freephone 0800 079 8586 to report an issue a broadband connection.
EE Mobile Phone – Phone 150 to report an issue with your broadband connection.
Other Landline or Mobiles: if you do not have either an EE mobile or landline connection then phone 0207 362 0200 to report a problem with your EE broadband connection 0207 362 0200.
 

Plusnet
Contact Plusnet from any phone on 0800 432 0200 to report any technical issue inculding a break in broadband provision on 0800 432 0200.
 

Talk Talk
Talk Talk Landline – report a problem with your broadband connection over the phone from a Talk Talk landline by phoning 0345 172 0088.
Non Talk Talk Landline or mobile phone – be aware that there may be a charge if you phone Talk Talk from a mobile or non Talk Talk landline connection.
 

Utility Warehouse
Landline – report connectivity issues to Utility Warehouse from a landline telephone on 0333 777 0 777
Mobile Phone – phone Utility Warehouse from your mobile phone on 150
 

Virgin
Talk Talk landine – faults, breaks in connection and other broadband issues can be reported to a Virgin customer service representative over the phone on 150.
Mobile Phone – The same 150 telephone number can be used from a mobile.
Other Landline – if your phone connection is provided by a company other than Virgin then you should call 0345 454 111.
 

EE
